The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions.
The room I booked, a small double room including, felt cramped. There was limited space for luggage. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. This caused a musty odor to linger. The shower curtain had some mildew spots. This indicated a need for more thorough cleaning.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean. the linens were bright white. we used public transport to go around the city, a tram stop (tram 17) is right next to the hotel, very convenient (i loved this!). the hotel also provides breakfast, it was always fresh and well stocked.
the room wasn't heated when i arrived. i went to the reception, but there was no contact phone in the room. i was told i had to wait at least 30 minutes for it to heat up. there was an electric heater in the room that gave out cold air.

The hotel was near several metro lines. The area had very good middle eastern restaurants. Shopping was also close. IT WAS very convenient.
The rooms did not heat up well even when the heating was on High. A large window behind the bed formed water droplets, as it was cold outside. These droplets created a pool of water where the curtain sat. THIS formed black mold.

the staff proved cute and supportive, a detail i found acceptable.
Upon arrival, the room's cleanliness was questionable. I observed remnants of previous guests, specifically dead mosquitoes plastered on the walls and ceiling. furthermore, during the night, i had to contend with a live mosquito. It disrupted my sleep with its persistent buzzing. the hotel's response denied this issue, a stance i find unacceptable and it ensures i won't consider them for future trips.
